California cleaning, with a clear scope from the start
California covers very different property settings. An apartment in San Francisco, a Sacramento household, and a Los Angeles storefront can each have different access arrangements and cleaning priorities. Start with the rooms, surfaces, occupancy, and approval contact. For exterior work, add photos and any property rules the crew must follow. Matt evaluates the actual location and provider availability before an appointment or price is confirmed.
01
Building access counts
For an apartment or managed building, include elevator arrangements, parking or loading instructions, and any manager approval required. Tell the office about the restrictions you have been given rather than assuming the same rules apply across a city.
02
Interior work and exterior work
Separate housekeeping or a deep clean from windows, pressure washing, or exterior maintenance. Identify delicate finishes and the intended result. If water use or exterior work is subject to property or local restrictions, share those requirements so the office can assess the request.
03
A handoff across distances
When helping a relative in San Diego or coordinating a Fresno vacancy remotely, name the person who can provide access and approve the scope. Agree on whether photos may be shared and who will receive them. The resident's permission remains part of the plan.
Local conditions to describe
California's coastal, inland, desert, and mountain climates differ. Exterior timing should be assessed for the property rather than inferred from a statewide forecast.

Yes, send a separate address and scope for each property. A confirmed visit in one city does not establish availability elsewhere. Keeping the requests separate lets Matt review travel, building access, the required service, and the schedule for each location.
